By accessing or using the MealMate platform and services operated by Krnic CommV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MealMate provides a digital food ordering and table reservation platform for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our services include online ordering systems, menu management, reservation tools, and related features as described on our website.
To use certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
As a partner using our platform, you agree to: provide accurate business and menu information, maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and respond to customer orders in a timely manner.
You are solely responsible for the quality of your food, service, and compliance with local health and safety regulations. MealMate acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for the operations of partner restaurants.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the MealMate platform are the property of Krnic CommV or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your own content (menus, images, etc.) that you upload to the platform.
Our pricing plans and fees are as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed in your partner agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Krnic CommV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
